Why was Jesus arrested?

There were still people who didn’t believe Jesus was God’s Son. They made a plan to arrest him and put him on trial. They made up lies about him and hurt him.

How was Jesus treated by the mean people?

Jesus was nailed to a cross, and he died.

Why did Jesus have to die on the cross?

Even though that is very sad, it is something that had to happen. God had to send someone to take all the punishment that we deserve.

Because Jesus died on the cross, what do we get to do?
